Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in technology leadership, software development, or IT strategy.

Strong coding background in languages such as Python, Java, C#, or other relevant technologies.

Proven experience in leading digital transformation and software engineering teams.

Expertise in enterprise software, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and system architecture.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Ability to align technology initiatives with business goals.
