Monitor advancements in AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and LLMs to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Work closely with executive leadership to align AI initiatives with business objectives and market opportunities.
2. Technical Expertise:
Lead the design, training, fine-tuning, and deployment of LLMs for applications such as conversational AI, content generation, and predictive analytics.
Ensure AI models and systems are scalable, high-performing, and secure.
Assess and integrate state-of-the-art tools, frameworks, and platforms relevant to LLMs and NLP.
3. Team Development:
Recruit, mentor, and lead high-performing AI and engineering teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Provide technical guidance and ensure teams adhere to best practices in AI and software development.
4. Product Development:
Oversee the development of AI-powered products and solutions, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.
Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and key stakeholders to prioritize features and improvements.
5. Partnerships and Collaboration:
Build strategic alliances with academic institutions, research organizations, and technology providers to drive AI innovation.
Represent the company at conferences, seminars, and industry events, positioning it as a leader in AI and LLM technologies.
6. Governance and Compliance:
Ensure AI initiatives comply with ethical standards, data privacy laws, and industry regulations.
Advocate for responsible AI practices to minimize biases and mitigate risks associated with LLM applications.
Requirements:
Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
Experience: 5 years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a proven track record in AI and LLM development.
Technical Expertise in various fields.
Exceptional ability to inspire and lead multidisciplinary teams.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
