Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dynamic and innovative professional to explore and implement cutting-edge technology solutions that enhance the organization's products and services. The successful candidate will drive digital transformation initiatives, cultivate innovation across departments, and ensure alignment of IT and business objectives to maintain the company's competitive edge in the FinTech space.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide thought leadership by fostering collaboration across divisions to drive innovation and share insights on trends.
• Lead the organization's digital transformation by identifying and activating departmental innovation champions to improve customer and internal processes through technology.
• Assess and implement operating models and monetization approaches using technology.
• Define new initiatives, develop proof of concepts, and pilot opportunities with business units and startups in the FinTech ecosystem.
• Engage with the startup community to stay informed about disruptive business models and emerging technologies.
• Negotiate and manage internal and external relationships to optimize the execution of innovations.
• Build and maintain a strong relationship with regulators to ensure compliance with RegTech requirements and business risk controls.
• Oversee the enhancement of innovation and digitalization projects across the company.
• Drive AUM and profitability growth in the Digital Wealth Business.
• Work on various projects or campaigns as required.
• Assume other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Key Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Sales, Finance, or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of experience in the financial services industry.
• A proactive, self-starting team player who can work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to maintain a high level of compliance culture.
• Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities and leadership skills.
