Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities for improvement and develop plans to improve performance which align with management direction.
• Research, develop, and implement related best practices and business strategies.
• Identify strategic scorecards & manage Performance Management System for the whole organization.
• Present to management on the result of improvement plans on a weekly & monthly basis.
• Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 15 years working experience with at least 8 years’ experience at senior management level or relevant role.
• Minimum 5 years of process improvement experience with planning, project management, business analysis, and leadership role experience.
• Relevant working experience in industrial manufacturing (such as: Steel, Glove, Plantation, Palm Oil, Paper, etc.)/chemical industry is preferable.
• Skill(s): MS Office and business infrastructure related system.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
