Chief Operating Officer (Remote, KL)

Boxgreen is looking for a passionate and innovative Social Media Marketing Executive to join our vibrant team. As a key player in our marketing team, you'll be at the forefront of elevating our brand presence and fostering meaningful community engagement in this fast-paced environment. The Role

1. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Mobile, and Display channels to enhance brand presence.
2. Direct social media marketing campaigns and digital advertising efforts.
3. Create visually appealing graphics, images, and videos adhering to brand guidelines for platforms like TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
4. Write and edit social media content to maintain brand consistency and engage with followers professionally.
5. Monitor social media channels for industry trends and build relationships with followers and influencers to amplify brand presence.
6. Proactively reach out to like-minded brands for partnerships and collaborations.
7. Engage with influencers to expand brand reach and credibility.
8. Respond promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and mentions.
9. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall objectives.
10. Coordinate with other departments to gather content for social media campaigns and direct marketing efforts.
11. Conduct thorough research on market trends, audience behavior, competitor strategies, and consumer journeys.
12. Analyse digital marketing analytics to derive actionable insights and optimize strategies.
13. Stay updated on emerging digital tools, trends, and technologies, sharing insights with the team.
14. Handle any other assigned ad hoc duties efficiently.

Requirements

1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
2. Minimum 1-3 years of experience managing social media platforms.
3. Proficiency in creating engaging short-form videos.
4. Strong understanding of various social media platforms.
5. Proficient in graphic design tools and video editing software.
6. Ability to cultivate partnerships with aligned brands and engage influencers effectively.
7. Motivated and self-driven with a creative mindset and ability to think outside the box.
