The key responsibilities of the COO shall include, but not limited to the following:
To support the Chief Executive Officer in providing the leadership, resources and support required for the implementation and on-going project and property development.
To strategize and manoeuvre for future growth of the company focusing on its core activities such as project management and property development.
To take accountability and drive potential new land proposal and to follow through until its implementation.
To take accountability for the effectiveness of the quality management system.
To promote use of process approach and risk-based thinking in the organisation.
To determine risks, opportunities and plan actions and ensure they are implemented.
Requirement:
Degree in Building / Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Architecture / Planning or related discipline.
Minimum 10 – 15 years of working experience in senior management position in construction / property industry.
Knowledge in statutory and regulatory requirements, and guidelines on property development.
Has strong management and good decision-making skills.
Able to lead and manage team to achieve company’s goal.
