Chief Operating Officer, Property Development

The key responsibilities of the COO shall include, but not limited to the following:

• To support the Chief Executive Officer in providing the leadership, resources and support required for the implementation and on-going project and property development.
• To strategize and manoeuvre for future growth of the company focusing on its core activities such as project management and property development.
• To take accountability and drive potential new land proposal and to follow through until its implementation.
• To take accountability for the effectiveness of the quality management system.
• To promote use of process approach and risk-based thinking in the organisation.
• To determine risks, opportunities and plan actions and ensure they are implemented.

Requirement:

• Degree in Building / Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Architecture / Planning or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 – 15 years of working experience in senior management position in construction / property industry.
• Knowledge in statutory and regulatory requirements, and guidelines on property development.
• Has strong management and good decision-making skills.
• Able to lead and manage team to achieve company’s goal.
• Ability to manage the resources of the company.
