Job Responsibilities:

• Formulate and execute the division’s vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with the organization’s overarching goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement business growth plans focused on network engineering and operations, ensuring they align with the company’s strategic priorities.
• Accountable for effective operational coordination, overseeing network planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of all products and network solutions.
• Oversee budgeting, cost management, and the value delivered from projects, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
• Lead the end-to-end divisional operational review process to drive operational excellence and initiate continuous improvement initiatives in response to industry changes.
• Oversee the entire customer journey to promote positive customer relationships, collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
• Review service delivery and recommend process improvements when necessary to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Review project contracts to manage their applicability and governance, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements:

• Over 20 years of experience in a senior leadership role within a network operations and engineering environment.
• In-depth knowledge of network engineering, operations, and business growth strategies.
• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional operational coordination and project management capabilities.
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Excellent understanding of customer experience dynamics.
• Familiarity with contract management and governance processes.
• Candidates from Sarawak are highly preferred.
