Chief Operating Officer

We are seeking a dynamic Chief Operating Officer to play a pivotal role in scaling our operations and supply chain team.

This is a key position that will work closely with the Co-Founders, utilizing leadership and strategic expertise to drive the company's expansion into new markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for international growth.
• Oversee the global supply chain for optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
• Build and nurture a high-performing operations team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the procurement team.
• Establish performance plans and KPIs.
• Partner with the founders on key initiatives and strategic direction.
• Work with other C-Suite leaders to ensure cohesive operational strategies.
• Manage logistics, compliance, and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for sustainable growth.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in operations or supply chain management.
• A degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
• Experience in startup environments.
