Chief Operating Officer (COO) - Manufacturing

• Lead the manufacturing division by overseeing production, quality control, and supply chain management.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve manufacturing processes, increase productivity, and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance practices.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, procurement, and logistics, to align manufacturing goals with overall business objectives.
• Manage and mentor the manufacturing leadership team, ensuring effective staffing, training, and performance management.
• Oversee the planning, forecasting, and budgeting for manufacturing operations.
• Analyze market trends and assess new manufacturing technologies to improve production capabilities.
• Report directly to the CEO and provide strategic input on business operations, growth, and expansion plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality control.
• Proven experience in developing and executing operational strategies that result in increased productivity and cost savings.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Familiarity with the latest trends in manufacturing technologies and industry best practices.
