Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership initiatives to steer the company's future under the company vision.
• Designing communication policies for employees and building core teams alongside the human resource department.
• Evaluating the performance of the business by analyzing data.
• Comply with all internal control systems, procedures, and employment policies implemented by the Company from time to time.
• Provide strategic, financial, and operational leadership for the company in line with its vision and mission.
• Ensure the achievement of business and financial targets.
• Manage the company's resources effectively and ensure that the company is run responsibly and efficiently.
• Adhere to specific internally developed control systems and authorities to set a good example and encourage all employees to conduct their activities in accordance with all applicable laws, the Company's laws, and the company's standards and policies.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
• Minimum 10-15 years of working experience in a top-level management role.
• Possess strong communication and leadership skills with strong financial and business acumen.
• Proven results-driven track record of exceptional performance and high productivity.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

As the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company to ensure efficiency, productivity, and alignment with the organization’s strategic goals. You will work closely with the executive team to design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures while maintaining operational excellence and driving organizational growth.
