Gated Talent is seeking an experienced Chief of Technical Officer to lead our technology vision and strategy in Kuala Lumpur.

The successful candidate will oversee the development and implementation of new products or technical services, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company's technology vision and strategy, staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Lead and manage the technology team, including developers, engineers, and IT professionals, fostering innovation and professional growth through mentorship and guidance.
• Maintain the company's technology infrastructure as scalable, secure, and reliable, overseeing system architecture and design to support business goals and operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Extensive technical experience (10+ years) in software engineering, IT infrastructure, product development, or a related area, with proven leadership experience managing technical teams or large-scale projects.
• Familiarity with Software Development, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, Data Management, Agile/Scrum Methodologies, DevOps, AI/ML.

$150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience.
