We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced executive assistant to provide strategic support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, developing strong relationships with stakeholders, and maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

• Streamline strategic initiatives and oversee program management to ensure effective communication with departments.
• Identify areas for improvement across the organization and develop actionable recommendations.
• Act as a liaison between the CEO and other executives, team members, and external partners to maintain clear and consistent communications.
• Support the CEO in external engagements by preparing materials and ensuring all necessary information is available.
• Manage special projects that advance key business goals, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 13 years of progressive experience supporting C-Suite executives, preferably in both entrepreneurial and corporate settings.
• Proven track record as a project manager with the ability to lead teams and manage operations effectively.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with all levels of the organization.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
