We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced executive assistant to provide strategic support to our Chief Executive Officer. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, developing strong relationships with stakeholders, and maintaining confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Streamline strategic initiatives and oversee program management to ensure effective communication with departments.
2. Identify areas for improvement across the organization and develop actionable recommendations.
3. Act as a liaison between the Chief Executive Officer and other executives, team members, and external partners to maintain clear and consistent communications.
4. Support the Chief Executive Officer in external engagements by preparing materials and ensuring all necessary information is available.
5. Manage special projects that advance key business goals, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. At least 13 years of progressive experience supporting C-Suite executives, preferably in both entrepreneurial and corporate settings.
3. Proven track record as a project manager with the ability to lead teams and manage operations effectively.
4. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with all levels of the organization.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
