As the Chief Marketing Officer in the manufacturing industry, you will be at the helm of shaping and defining the direction of our client's house brands, ensuring alignment with international brand positioning and strategic business unit goals to drive brand growth and enhance consumer engagement.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Omni-Channel Marketing: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans across wholesale, retail, eCommerce, and rent-to-own channels in Malaysia, Singapore, and the Middle East.
Brand Strategy: Spearhead online and in-store marketing strategies, encompassing new product launches, signature products, and product refreshes, while creating a consistent and valuable consumer experience to achieve goals in acquisition, retention, traffic, and revenue.
Marketing and Advertising Leadership: Oversee the planning, development, and execution of marketing and advertising initiatives, from creative direction to business strategy.
Cross-Functional Synchronization: Facilitate seamless collaboration between Product, Sales, and Marketing teams. This involves building strong partnerships, deciding on campaign strategies, and making data-driven decisions and evaluations.
Public Relations: Develop the company’s PR strategy and select the most effective communication channels.
Consumer Services Collaboration: Work closely with the Consumer Services team to ensure maximum consumer satisfaction.
Brand Identity: Create and maintain a strong brand identity, ensuring all brand actions align with our core purpose.
Market Insights: Lead the team in identifying and analyzing consumer and market insights, sharing these findings with the regional team to ensure new product development aligns with market needs.
Additional Duties: Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
