We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a prominent, publicly listed construction company in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the business, ensuring financial stability, and driving strategic growth.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing and executing financial strategies aligned with company goals.
Managing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
Managing financial operations, including treasury, tax, and risk management.
Building strong relationships with investors, analysts, and stakeholders.
Leading and developing the finance team.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
Certifications: CPA, CFA, or similar professional designation; MIA member.
Experience: Extensive experience in senior financial management roles, preferably within the construction industry or a similar sector in PLC.
Skills: Strong analytical, strategic planning, and financial modeling skills.
CFO must sign financial document declaration to Bursa, or any statutory bodies.
