The company, a reputable construction firm based in Melaka, seeks an experienced Chief Financial Officer to support its growth and upcoming IPO listing.

The CFO will lead the company through this milestone, working closely with senior leadership, investors, and external advisors.

Salary: RM 200,000 - RM 300,000 per annum

Location: Melaka or Remote (for outstation candidates)

Key Responsibilities:

IPO Preparation and Execution:

• Lead the IPO process, working with advisory firms, legal counsel, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
• Prepare financial documents, filings, and disclosures required for the IPO.
• Develop strategies to meet public company requirements, including financial reporting, internal controls, and governance.

Corporate Governance and Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Establish and maintain internal financial controls and reporting systems.

Investor Relations:

• Manage relationships with investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders.
• Develop investor communications, including quarterly earnings reports and annual reports.

Team Leadership and Development:

• Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
• Foster a high-performing finance team capable of scaling with the company's growth.

Requirements:

Professional accounting certification, experience in a senior management position, preferably from the construction industry, and ability to speak Mandarin due to business needs.
