About the Role

The Chief Financial Officer will serve as the Financial Advisor to the client company, focusing on financial planning, reporting, audits, compliance, and bank relationship management.

This role requires providing guidance to enhance internal controls, optimize cash flow, advise on investments, and support decision-making processes.

This position involves collaborating closely with the Business Director and executive team to shape the company's financial strategy.

Job Responsibilities

• The position will report to the MD and assume a strategic role in the overall management of the Group's financials, treasury, risk & internal controls, and regulatory compliance & reporting.
• Responsible for determining, implementing, monitoring, reviewing, and maintaining financial policies and procedures.
• Develop and execute the bank's financial strategy and operations.

The Chief Financial Officer will play a strategic leadership role in driving the financial management and performance of the company. This position is based in Kota Damansara, Selangor, and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's financial functions.

Requirements

• A seasoned finance professional with a proven track record in managing financial teams.
• Strong experience in financial planning, reporting, audits, compliance, and bank relationship management.
• Ability to lead corporate exercises from conception to completion to achieve the Group's strategic objectives.

A competitive salary between 180,000 - 250,000 MYR per annum is offered to attract an experienced and skilled candidate.
