Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at SF TECHLOGIS SDN BHD, you will play a crucial role in driving the financial strategy and performance of the company. This full-time position is based in Senai, Johor, and will oversee all aspects of the company's financial operations, reporting, and compliance.

What you'll be doing

1. Provide strategic financial leadership and oversight to the organisation
2. Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to support the company's overall business objectives
3. Manage the company's financial reporting, accounting, and tax compliance
4. Analyse financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to the executive team
5. Ensure the company's compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards
6. Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance and mentorship
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and profitability

What we're looking for

1. Qualified accountant with 8+ years of post-qualification experience in a senior finance role, preferably within the technology or Logistic industry
2. Proven track record of developing and implementing effective financial strategies to support business growth
3. Excellent financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting skills
4. Strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance, and tax requirements
5. Experience in leading and managing a finance team
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
7. Proficient in using financial management software and data analysis tools
8. Must be a Chartered Accountant / Certified Public Accountant / Certified Management Accountant; and a member of MIA.
9. Strong project management and problem-solving skills & well versed in MFRS & IFRS.
