- Oversee the full spectrum of the finance and account division including financial and management reporting of the company such as controlling function in treasury, accounting, cash-flow management, financial forecasting, budgeting, tax, risk management, and audit activities to support the company’s growth and profitability goals to achieve overall company mission and vision.
- Present financial reports and strategies to key stakeholders such as board members and shareholders.
- Work closely with lawyers, external auditors, regulatory authorities, and financial institutions.
- Build a synergistic relationship with other relevant authorities and parties such as bankers, vendors, government bodies.
- Manage the company’s investor relation matters and publicity management by engaging with investor relation agencies to issue public press releases and statements.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring the highest standards of performance and ethics.
- Collaborate with other departments to drive financial strategy and business decisions.
- Perform any other duties as assigned or required from time to time.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field.
- A member of a professional accounting body including membership MIA/ACCA/CIMA/MBA/CPA.
- At least 10 years of experience in accounting, business or finance environment with several years of management experience.
- Proven experience in a CFO or Senior Financial Management role within a public listed company.
- Experience in managing corporate reporting, financial management, cash management processes, taxation, managing audit and risk management processes, strategic and business planning.
- Able to construct and deliver clear presentations to stakeholders, finance audiences, and non-finance audiences.
- Able to lead, guide and motivate team to meet corporate goals and objectives.
- A big-picture thinker who is detail-oriented.
- Good command of spoken English and Mandarin.
