Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

As the Group CFO, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial future of the organization. Reporting directly to the Director and Board, you will oversee all financial functions, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic vision while maintaining operational excellence across multiple brands and regions.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Financial Leadership

1. Develop and implement financial strategies to support organizational growth and regional expansion.
2. Provide financial insights and recommendations to the director and Board to drive decision-making.

1. Oversee consolidated financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting across all brands and locations.
2. Ensure compliance with financial regulations in both Malaysia and Singapore.
3. Manage cash flow, optimize working capital, and develop robust capital structures.

1. Lead and mentor the finance teams across branches, promoting efficiency and accuracy.
2. Establish and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets and improve financial performance.

1. Build and maintain relationships with investors, banks, and external auditors.
2. Represent the company in financial negotiations and strategic discussions with stakeholders.

1. Drive improvements in corporate governance, ensuring transparency and accountability.
2. Align financial practices with best-in-class industry standards.

1. Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial leader, preferably in a multi-brand or regional operation environment.
2. Chartered accountant qualifications such as MIA, ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, CIMA, MICPA, or equivalent.
3. Strong understanding of financial regulations in Malaysia and Singapore.
4. Demonstrated success in leading financial strategy and driving business growth.
5. Ability to manage cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
6. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
7. Minimum 10 years of Finance & Accounting experience with solid exposure in people management roles in Public Listed companies.
8. Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
