Chief Financial Officer

Our esteemed client is currently looking for the right candidate to fill the Chief Financial Officer position:

Responsibilities:

1. The Employee shall perform duties assigned by the CEO and Board of Directors of the Company, including but not limited to investor relations meetings, corporate finance, economics, mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, treasury, analytical and operational finance, and business development.
2. The Employee shall observe in full the instructions and directions given by the Company and discharge his duties to the best of his ability and knowledge.
3. The Employee shall serve the Company faithfully and diligently, prioritizing the interests of the Company.
4. The Employee shall ensure at all times to maintain and enhance the goodwill, good image, and reputation of the Company.

Required Skills:

1. Managing staff
2. Managing finance team
3. Budgeting
4. Dealing with investors
5. Fluency in both Malay and English (Mandarin would be an advantage)
6. Preference given to those with ACCA or MIA qualifications.
