Job Descriptions:

1. Strategic Financial Leadership
   Lead the Finance team and work closely with the CEO and senior management to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company’s expansion and growth plans.
   Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decision-making and long-term planning.
2. International Expansion & Entity Setup
   Lead and manage the process of setting up new business entities or subsidiaries in other countries.
   Ensure compliance with local regulations, legal requirements, and financial standards in each new market.
   Continuously explore new markets and opportunities for business expansion.
3. Cash Flow & Treasury Management
   Oversee cash flow planning, forecasting, and management to ensure healthy liquidity for business operations and expansion.
   Manage relationships with financial institutions, investors, and key stakeholders.
   Evaluate investment opportunities and provide risk assessments.
4. Tax Planning & Compliance
   Develop and implement tax-efficient structures and strategies to support company growth and expansion plans.
   Ensure compliance with local and international tax laws and regulations.
   Coordinate with external tax consultants and auditors.
   Oversee accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
   Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.
   Ensure adherence to financial regulations and reporting standards.
5. Budgeting & Cost Management
   Lead annual budgeting processes and monitor financial performance against targets.
   Implement cost control measures and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
   Establish internal control systems to safeguard company assets and minimize financial risks.
   Regularly review potential risks and provide mitigation plans.
   Lead, coach, and develop the Finance team to support business needs and growth.
   Foster cross-departmental collaboration and continuous learning within the team.
6. Readiness for New Challenges & Tasks
   Be proactive in learning and adapting to new financial models, technologies, and business environments as the company expands.
   Take on new responsibilities, projects, and tasks to support the company’s evolving needs.

Requirements:

Proven experience in senior finance leadership roles (e.g., Finance Director, Head of Finance, CFO).

Strong understanding of corporate financial law, risk management practices, and compliance standards.

Experience in international expansion and managing cross-border financial operations is a strong advantage.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CFA) are preferred.
