Chief Financial Officer

As the Chief Financial Officer at One Maker Group of companies, you will play a strategic
leadership role in driving the financial management and performance of the company.
Based in Kota Damansara, Selangor, this position is responsible for overseeing all
financial operations, ensuring financial stability and profitability. You will work closely
with the executive team to support the company's growth objectives.

What you'll be doing

1. Developing and implementing financial strategies to support the company's overall
   business objectives
2. Providing financial leadership, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial
   reporting to the executive team and Board of Directors
3. Overseeing the accounting and finance functions, including cash flow
   management, accounts payable and receivable, and tax compliance
4. Identifying opportunities to improve financial processes and controls to enhance
   efficiency and mitigate risks
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure financial considerations are
   incorporated into business decisions
6. Advising on mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives
7. Representing the company to external stakeholders, such as investors, financial
   institutions, and regulatory bodies

What we're looking for

1. Qualified accountant (ACCA) with 8+ years of experience in a senior financial management
   role, preferably in the accounting industry
2. Proven track record of driving financial strategy and leading high-performing
   finance teams
3. Excellent financial analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to translate complex
   financial information into meaningful insights
4. Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking to support the company's
   growth objectives
5. Proficient in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management
6. Adept at interpreting and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations
   and standards
7. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
