Chief Financial Officer

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) plays a pivotal role in our leadership team, overseeing all financial operations and guiding strategic financial planning. As a core member of our C-suite, the CFO is instrumental in shaping and securing the company’s financial health and driving organizational success.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer with the following key responsibilities:

1. Deliver accurate, high-quality, and timely financial reports to the Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors.
2. Enhance the company’s performance through robust financial controls.
3. Oversee statutory reporting, annual audits, and finance functions, ensuring full compliance with financial regulations, covenants, accounting standards, and internal controls.
4. Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure financial stability and support growth.
5. Prepare financial forecasts, analyze financial performance, conduct feasibility studies, and provide strategic financial guidance to the C-Suites team and Board of Directors to support decision-making and drive profitability.
6. Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to optimize financial resources and maintain a healthy financial position.
7. Assess and mitigate financial risks through effective risk management practices.
8. Liaise with banks and financial institutions to ensure competitive financing and financial packages.

2. Strategic Growth Partner

1. Contribute to the strategic direction of the Company and be a partner in charting the future directions of the Company.
2. Provide timely reporting on performance, efficiency, and prompt action to improve financial outcomes and growth.

1. Strong financial management and leadership experience in a fast-paced corporate setting.
2. Excellent financial insight, with a solid grasp of accounting, financial analysis, regulation, compliance, and reporting.
3. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
4. Effective leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities, with the skill to engage stakeholders at all levels.
5. Ability to handle a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
6. High ethical standards and integrity in financial matters.

Additional requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Professional certifications (MIA, CPA, MICPA, or ACCA).
3. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
4. Proficiency in SAP system.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
