Duties and Responsibilities

1. Corporate Accounting
   • Demonstrated extensive experience in corporate finance, showcasing a deep and comprehensive understanding of financial processes, regulations, and industry best practices.
   • Proficient in ensuring compliance with accounting standards and maintaining integrity in financial reporting.
2. Transaction Management
   • Expertise in managing, entering, and overseeing financial transactions, including intricate bank transfers via internet banking systems.
   • Handling foreign currency transactions with precision and efficiency.
   • Dedicated to maintaining meticulous and accurate bookkeeping records.
   • Ensuring that all bookkeeping practices adhere to regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
3. Financial Reporting
   • Preparing detailed and comprehensive monthly financial reports designed to support decision-making and strategic planning.
   • Regularly preparing and presenting financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
   • Ensuring all financial reports comply with established accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
   • Providing essential financial information and support for both internal and external audits.
4. Invoicing
   • Issuing accurate and timely invoices to clients and effectively managing accounts receivable.
   • Implementing and overseeing systems to track invoicing and payments.
5. Audit Preparation
   • Leading the preparation process for both external and internal audits.
   • Coordinating with auditors and providing necessary documentation.
6. Cash Flow Management
   • Overseeing the company's cash flow and ensuring liquidity.
   • Monitoring and managing daily cash flow operations.
   • Implementing strategies to optimize working capital.
7. Financial Planning and Analysis
   • Developing and managing sophisticated financial models for forecasting and budgeting.
   • Analyzing complex financial data and market trends.
   • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics.
   • Providing financial insights and strategic recommendations.
8. Budgeting and Forecasting
   • Preparing and managing the annual budgeting process.
   • Working with department heads to gather budget input.
   • Regularly reviewing and updating forecasts.
9. Risk Management
   • Identifying and developing strategies to mitigate financial risks.
   • Implementing and monitoring robust internal controls.
10. Cost Management
    • Analyzing costs and expenses to identify opportunities for cost reduction.
    • Collaborating with various departments to develop cost-saving initiatives.
11. Compliance
    • Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and financial legislation.
    • Staying informed about changes in financial regulations.
12. Vendor and Stakeholder Management
    • Managing relationships with external vendors and stakeholders.
    • Providing financial insights and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with transfer pricing and compliance with international regulations.
• Prior experience working at one of the Big 4 firms.
