Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead Seacera Group Bhd. The successful candidate will oversee the company's business operations, strategy, and long-term vision, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and innovation.

The CEO will work closely with the Board of Directors to develop and execute strategies that drive sustainable revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction, aligning with the company's mission and goals.
• Oversee the development and execution of business plans, ensuring they align with short-term and long-term objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including shareholders, board members, clients, and government bodies.
• Ensure operational excellence across all business segments, focusing on efficient processes and strong governance.
• Drive growth in new and existing markets while identifying opportunities for diversification and expansion.
• Lead talent management and succession planning efforts, fostering a positive and inclusive company culture.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain the highest standards of corporate governance.
• Represent the company in public forums, industry events, and media engagements.

Qualifications

• A proven track record as a CEO or in a senior executive leadership role within a public-listed company.
• A minimum of 15 years of experience, preferably within the property development, construction, or manufacturing sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful business strategies in a dynamic and competitive environment.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in managing P&L and complex budgets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Experience in engaging with regulatory authorities, shareholders, and board members.
• A Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

Estimated Salary

RM 800,000 - RM 1,200,000 per annum
