about the job

• Set the vision, mission, and overall direction of the company.
• Develop and implement high-level strategies and business plans.
• Make major corporate decisions in alignment with long-term goals.
• Oversee the executive leadership team (e.g., CFO, COO, CMO).
• Approve budgets, financial plans, and investments.
• Ensure the company meets its financial goals and complies with regulations.
• Oversee resource allocation and operational efficiency.
• Communicate with the board of directors, shareholders, investors, and employees.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including partners and the public.
• Report to the board of directors and ensure transparency.
• Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Drive the company culture and uphold corporate values.
• Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.
• Foster innovation and adapt to changing market conditions.
• Champion digital transformation and modern practices where needed.

about the requirements

• Proven experience as a CEO or in a senior leadership role preferably in the IT industry.
• Proven track record of leading transformation, strategies development and execution.
• Strong understanding of IT trends, emerging technologies, and business models.
• Excellent strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in P&L management.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive digital transformation and innovation.
• Experience in identification, negotiation and conclusion of strategic partnerships, investments, acquisitions would be an asset.
• Someone who has strong connections and sales portfolio within the public sector would be an added advantage.
