Your Role:

As the leader, you will take the helm of a full functional team, including Sales and Marketing, M&A and Business Development, Regulatory Affairs, Market Access, and Public Affairs. You will be fully responsible for driving business growth and managing the entire P&L to ensure seamless communication and effective leadership for the group.

• Develop and implement innovative business operation and investment strategies perfectly aligned with the company’s global expansion goals.
• Lead the creation of business plans for exporting pharmaceutical products.
• Drive Business Development (BD) and commercial operations, working closely with global teams to seize every business opportunity and achieve outstanding results.
• Identify and explore high-potential investment opportunities, including equity investments, to maximize returns.
• Ensure effective human resource allocation, guiding and mentoring your team to foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and growth.
• Uphold and ensure adherence to internal policies and international regulations, providing compliance guidance to your team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Extensive experience in sales and BD operations, with a keen ability to spot and seize investment opportunities.
• 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 5 years in a management role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to inspire and drive cross-functional teams.
• Must be willing to travel - 50%.
