Position: General/Business Unit Manager (CEO & General Management)

Responsibilities:
Provide visionary corporate leadership in articulating, developing, and implementing strategies, frameworks, and approaches tailored to optimize information technology and cybersecurity within a dynamic service provider landscape.
Offer strategic advice to the Managing Director, the Board of Directors, and other senior executives by providing insights and recommendations relevant to the unique challenges and opportunities within the industry.
Build productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to translate business strategy into commercially viable products and drive new revenue streams.
Foster collaboration across leadership functions and engage key stakeholders within the service provider ecosystem to define strategic opportunities.
Lead the development and execution of comprehensive internal communications strategies, tailoring approaches to enhance the company’s engagement levels and facilitate information exchange within the industry.
Align communication initiatives with corporate objectives and the rapidly evolving landscape of communication technology and services.
Requirements:
Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Management.
An advanced degree, such as a Master’s in Business Administration or Finance, would be an advantage.
Candidates with a background in the service provider industry are highly preferred.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in senior leadership roles, demonstrating expertise in managing policies, practices, and frameworks in technology, human resources, risk management, internal communications, and administration.
In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
