THE POSITION
As the ChiefCommercial Officer for Southeast Asia at Honeywell, you'll be at the helmof a multifaceted role combining the responsibilities of a Chief StrategyOfficer,Business Development, and Business Operations. This dynamicleadership position demands a strong external persona and a deep customer focusto strategize, execute, and drive growth, expansion, and innovation within the Southeast Asia marketsacross 8 countries. From formulating strategic directions toensuring commercial excellence and fostering innovation, you'll play a pivotalrole in steering Honeywell's growth trajectory in Southeast Asia.

Define andevolve the strategic direction for Honeywell in Southeast Asia, both individually and collectively withbusiness leaders.
Collaborate closelywith key stakeholders to align strategic initiatives, prioritize growthareas, and spearhead expansion into new markets.
Stay abreastof disruptive technologies and emerging trends, integrating innovationseamlessly into strategic plans.
Supportdriving excellence instrategic account managementand growth,fostering a One-Honeywell approach across business teams.
Oversee allcommercial operations, including sales, marketing, and pricing strategies,with a focus on achieving revenue and profit targets.
Cultivateand nurture high-performing sales andbusiness developmentteamsthrough recruitment, training, and continuous development efforts.
Run the MOS and CCO process for the region
Lead channel excellence/ management
Define andmonitor key performance indicators and metrics to evaluatesalesperformance,demand generation, and marketing ROI effectively.
Interactionand coordination with all businesses across SoutheastAsia
OfferingExcellence & Innovation:
Lead thedevelopment and deployment of compellingvalue propositions, offeringroadmaps, and connected solutions tailored to key customers and markets.
Collaborateclosely with Chief Technology Officers to ensure successful new productintroductions and optimizeproduct lifecycle management.
DemandGeneration& Marketing:
Drivestrategicdemand generationinitiatives, develop robust ROImodels for marketing investments, and facilitate sustained pipelinegrowth.
Overseedigitalcustomer marketingefforts and implement effectivego-to-market plans to maximizemarket penetration.
