This Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) role will oversee a range of functions to enhance the University’s visibility, engagement and external relationships. The CCO will play a pivotal role in driving the University’s growth, enhancing its brand and fostering relationships with key stakeholders. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, excellent communication ability and a deep understanding of marketing, communications and university operations.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Corporate Development / University Advancement (Drive strategic initiatives to enhance the University’s growth and development)
- Develop and implement strategies for the University advancement
- Foster partnership with corporation and external stakeholders
- Manage relationship with corporate partners
- Establish and maintain corporate partnerships
Corporate Communications (The voice of the University)
- Responsible for all public communication on behalf of the University, especially press releases.
- Represent the University in corporate forums and events
Branding & Marketing (Build and maintain the University’s brand identity locally and internationally)
- Develop branding strategies and campaigns
- Ensure consistent branding across all platforms and regions
- Monitor brand performance and make adjustments as needed
Marketing Communication (Responsible for all aspects of marketing communication to achieve the University goals)
- Create and execute comprehensive marketing communication plans
- Lead & strategize the communication directions (content) for various communication channels (print, digital, social media)
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing communications and adjust strategies accordingly.
Regional Admission Offices (Lead regional admission offices to streamline the admission process and increase enrollment)
- Manage regional admission teams and operations
- Develop strategies to drive student enrollments from all regions
- Ensure alignment of regional admissions with overall University policies and goals
Students Engagement & Experience (Enhance student engagement and improve their overall experience)
- Develop and implement student engagement programs
- Collaborate with student services to ensure a positive student experience
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of student engagement initiatives
Fund-raising & Alumni (Manage fundraising efforts and engage alumni to support the University)
- Develop strategies to engage and involve alumni members
- Build & maintain relationships with donors and alumni.
Grants & Partnership (Identify & secure grants and build strategic partnerships)
- Research & apply for relevant grants
- Develop partnerships with organizations & institutions
Events & Media (Plan & manage the University events and media relations to enhance visibility and reputation)
- Organize and oversee the University events
- Develop media relations strategies
- Ensure positive media coverage and manage public relations
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in strategic leadership positions
- Strategic thinker
- Deep understanding of marketing
- Good understanding of University operations will have an advantage
