Chief Business Officer

Main Role:
As the Chief Business Officer (CBO), you will play a strategic role in driving the organization’s business growth. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring comprehensive business strategies that encompass product development, sales, marketing, and strategic partnerships. You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and implement short-term and long-term business strategies to achieve the company's goals
2. Oversee the departments under your responsibility
3. Build and maintain strategic relationships with external partners, key clients, and stakeholders
4. Analyze business performance and prepare regular reports for the Board and management
5. Guide and develop the team to achieve peak performance
6. Ensure all business activities are aligned with the cooperative’s vision

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
2. At least 5 years of experience in business development
3. Proven track record in managing business strategies and market development
4. Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and results-oriented mindset
5. Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including the Board of Directors
