We are a DeFi investment fund focused on navigating the complexities of the digital asset space. Our team is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Chief Admin/Assistant to the CEO to support our operations, legal coordination, and financial structuring. This role will be instrumental in ensuring smooth administrative processes, regulatory compliance, and effective coordination with external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize invoices and receipts, ensuring proper filing under the correct entities.
Structure and optimize the flow of funds across business entities, ensuring proper revenue allocation.
Oversee the issuance of invoices and receipts in a timely and accurate manner.
Review legal documents, identify key considerations, and highlight areas requiring attention.
Work closely with legal counsel to draft, request, and manage legal documents.
Maintain and organize company records, ensuring easy retrieval and proper documentation.
Liaise with counterparties for document refresh, onboarding, and compliance updates.
Conduct research on existing licensing regimes and provide insights on regulatory requirements.
Follow up on ongoing onboarding and license applications, ensuring timely submissions and updates.
Qualifications & Skills:
Prior experience in an administrative, legal, or financial operations role, preferably in the fintech, crypto, or investment industry.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to analyze legal documents and communicate key takeaways effectively.
Understanding of financial structuring, entity management, and revenue allocation.
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and licensing requirements in financial services or DeFi is a plus.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
