Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Group Finance Manager to oversee the financial activities of various subsidiaries within the Dai Lieng Group. This key role involves preparing financial statements, maintaining cash controls, supervising payroll, accounts receivable, and ensuring compliance with Government Tax regulations, statutory requirements, and accounting standards.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee financial activities across subsidiaries within the Dai Lieng Group, including preparing financial statements and maintaining cash controls.
2. Lead the company's finance and accounts departments to maintain a healthy financial status and ensure compliance with Government Tax regulations, statutory requirements, and accounting standards.
3. Develop group companies' budgets and finance functions.
4. Establish and monitor adherence to accounting controls through policy and procedure recommendations.
5. Maintain supplier and customer accounts, including credit terms and conditions.
6. Ensure all transactions align with company policies and procedures, accurately recorded in the computerized accounting system.
7. Liaise with auditors, secretaries, bankers, and relevant authorities for financial, corporate matters, and internal control issues.
8. Review subsidiaries' management reports, manage monthly variance analysis, and provide commentary on financial performance.
9. Assist in due diligence work, financial modeling, and preparation for the Group's IPO listing.
10. Consolidate the group's accounts, financial statements, Corporate Tax, Group financial reporting, and Bursa Reporting under Bursa Requirements.

Salary

$80,000 - $120,000 per annum
