Job Description:

1. Assist in the general administration of the department and to act on behalf in his/her absence.
2. Ensure good and proper running of the laboratory including stock of chemicals, manpower deployment and shift arrangement.
3. Track and maintain records, process deviations and complaints from customers and ensure implementation of the necessary measures agreed to avoid repeating similar mistakes.
4. Review the results and approve the qualities of incoming CPO, oil processed to ensure within control limit/specification.
5. Provide timely feedback and recommendations on the inspection and testing results.
6. Implement equipment in the laboratory and maintain good and proper records of all activities related to above.
7. Provide training and conduct cross-checks testing from time to time.
8. Check regularly the test results reported by Lab Assistants to ensure accuracy and reliability.
9. Evaluate and ensure compliance with laboratory safety procedures and standards.
10. Prepare and present reports to update upper management on quality activities.
11. Maintain proper records of quality tests, procedures, and standards.
12. Interact with relevant parties and ensure conformities.
13. Perform any other duties delegated by the Company.
