Job Responsibilities:

1. Create new products, develop new processes, and improve existing products and processes for glove production.
2. Implement cost-saving measures for products and processes and collaborate with production and technical engineers to implement new products or improvements in production.
3. Conduct plant trials and/or clip-on studies to evaluate the effectiveness of new processes, machinery, or materials.
4. Maintain a resourceful attitude by staying current with industry developments and identifying opportunities for learning, knowledge improvement, and new ideas, products, or processes.
5. Liaise with external suppliers and customers to address issues of materials, chemicals, and gloves.
6. Document and accurately communicate all new products, product improvements, process improvements, and changes through the product maintenance process flow.
7. Provide timely support to sales and marketing teams and external customers for their inquiries.
8. Assist other departments and operations when necessary.
9. Create technical presentations, reports, and documentation to communicate recommendations and findings.
10. Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in polymer science, chemistry, industrial applied sciences, or equivalent from reputable universities.
• Minimum two years related working experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Results-oriented, keen on learning, proactive, and constantly challenging mindset.
• Pleasant personality, able to interact with all levels of people.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Malay and English language.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
