Job Requirements
Proven work experience as a Head Chef, Executive Chef, Chef Manager, or similar role.
Able to speak in English and Mandarin.
At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Proven customer service experience as a manager.
Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with the ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff.
Strong leadership, motivation, and people skills.
Acute financial management skills.
Experience in Asian Cuisine (expert in Chinese Cuisine) is an advantage.
