As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for the following job descriptions:

• Oversee all kitchen operations.
• Develop and refine the menu, focusing on pizza and related dishes.
• Manage and train kitchen staff.

• Manage inventory and budget.

As a Company, we are looking for a Chef De Partie who possesses the following job requirements:

• Education: Culinary degree or equivalent experience in culinary arts.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a kitchen, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, preferably in a pizzeria or contemporary restaurant.
• Skills required: Food Preparation, Kitchen Management, Culinary Techniques, Menu Planning, Food Safety.
• Strong leadership and management abilities.
• Expertise in pizza making and multiple cuisines.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to innovate and create new recipes.
• Proficiency in kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
• Passion for food and culinary excellence.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-oriented mindset.
