Job Description Summary

Product Manager for Pharmacy Channel. Define product strategy in agreement with local management and global marketing department and implement supporting tactical plans/projects.

Job Description

Major accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for Pharmacy Channel to drive growth and meet business objectives.
  • Develop Marketing Materials - detail aid, CME decks, brand reminders, digital communications and patients' education tools.
  • Prepare Pharmacy Brand Plan, including brand plan for focus product.
  • Manage A&P, timelines and allocation of resources.
  • Track and analyze product performance through market and internal sales data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Medical, Supply, Regulatory and Commercial Excellence Team to meet company objectives.
  • Gather Market Intelligence and conduct regular field visits to understand market dynamics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
  • Provide regular product trainings for team competency.
  • Responsible for new Product Launch.

Key performance indicators:

  • Market share & market share growth.
  • Performance management and employee relations, feedback, meetings, surveys (i.e. Field Force, Marketing capabilities, Global Marketing, Medical Department, Regulatory Department).
  • Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Minimum Requirements:
Work Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, science-related degree or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years Product Management experience.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and industry standards.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Languages:

  • English.
  • Malay.
