Responsibilities

• Assist in sale and purchase agreements (including developer projects and sub-sale);
• Assist in loan documentation for end-financing;
• Assist in other conveyancing matters such as tenancy agreements, perfection of transfer and charge, discharge of charge/receipt and reassignment;
• Liaise with clients, banks, and relevant authorities in government departments;

Corporate and Commercial

• Assist in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, agreements, and other legal documents;
• Assist in the formation and dissolution of companies, partnerships, and other business entities;

Litigation

• Assist in all stages of litigation relations, including drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents;
• Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries and legal arguments;
• Liaise with clients to provide updates on case progress;
• Attend or support the senior litigation team in various aspects of case management.

Ideal Profile

• You possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in law and a valid Practicing Certificate.
• You have a good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• You possess a good attitude, are self-motivated, responsible, willing to learn, and able to work as a team and independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiar with Microsoft Word and computer skills.
