Job Description:

1. Mainly to handle SPA and Loan for Direct Purchase (Developer) and Sub-Sale for both consumer and corporate / SME clients. Also to handle discharge of charge, perfection of transfer and charge, revocation of power of attorney etc.
2. Occasionally to handle family law related cases, basic corporate agreements, civil litigation and inheritance matters.
3. Liaise with Land Office, courts, LHDN, SSM, Clients.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Good command of English & BM, both written and spoken. It is an advantage for candidates with Mandarin language literacy.
2. Candidate with own transport and experience in the conveyancing field will be an advantage.
3. Priority will be given to existing pupils to be retained as Legal Assistants.
4. Able to work independently (not applicable to Chambering Student position) with a good and positive working attitude.
5. Able to attend to Firm’s events such as annual dinner / company trip etc.
