Job Description

• Develop and implement financial strategies and plans for the company.
• Oversee all financial operations and ensure they align with company objectives.
• Manage and optimize the company's financial resources.
• Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
• Prepare and present financial reports to the board of directors.
• Develop and maintain relationships with financial partners.
• Identify and manage financial risks and opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful CFO should have:

• An advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CFA, CPA, or similar credentials.
• Proven experience in a senior financial managerial position within the technology industry.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards in Malaysia.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and strategic planning skills.
• Proficient in financial software and MS Office.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
