What You’ll Do:

Lead with Purpose – Drive vision of becoming a leader in tech and sustainability, developing solutions that benefit both our clients and the environment. You’ll lead our commitment to sustainable business practices while ensuring scalable, long-term growth.

Guide the IPO Process – Take the company public by spearheading our IPO journey, navigating the corporate investment landscape and public markets. You’ll manage everything from financial planning to regulatory requirements, while creating a compelling investment case and packages that aligns with both our business goals and sustainability mission.

Innovate for Growth – Champion technological innovation while ensuring sustainability is embedded in every aspect of the business. Lead the development of new products, markets and/or services that leverage emerging technologies to address the world’s most pressing challenges.

Scale Up – Identify and capture new markets, both locally and/or internationally. Expand footprint out wide, building strategic alliances, and forging new partnerships to scale our sustainable tech solutions.

Leverage Your Network – Use your well-established connections in the corporate investment community, public markets, business network and sustainability sector to secure investors, partnerships, and industry support for our growth and IPO.
