Job Responsibility

  1. Assist in organizing, updating, and managing documentation and customer database.
  2. Be part of the operations team working with part-timers.
  3. Be part of the customer service team.
  4. Assist in coordinating with suppliers.

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum 1 year admin experience.
  2. Ability to speak basic Mandarin/Cantonese.
  3. Independent, resourceful, reliable, friendly, and pleasant personality.
  4. Good interpersonal skills and a team player.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  6. Basic filing and documentation management skills.
