Job Responsibility
Assist in organizing, updating, and managing documentation and customer database.
Be part of the operations team working with part-timers.
Be part of the customer service team.
Assist in coordinating with suppliers.
Job Requirements
Minimum 1 year admin experience.
Ability to speak basic Mandarin/Cantonese.
Independent, resourceful, reliable, friendly, and pleasant personality.
Good interpersonal skills and a team player.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Basic filing and documentation management skills.
