Centralized Exchange App Development Architect (Flutter)

We are seeking a skilled architect experienced in Flutter framework and mobile app development to join us in building the next-generation centralized exchange app. As the architect, you will lead the technical architecture and development of the mobile platform, delivering a secure, seamless, and efficient trading experience for users worldwide.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and optimize the technical architecture of the centralized exchange app, ensuring high performance, stability, and scalability.
• Lead cross-platform app development using the Flutter framework, focusing on the design and implementation of core functional modules.
• Optimize user experience by enhancing app startup speed, interface rendering efficiency, and overall interaction performance.
• Collaborate closely with backend services (e.g., matching engine, wallet system, user account system) for seamless integration.
• Resolve complex technical challenges, optimize key modules, and ensure app reliability in high-concurrency scenarios.
• Mentor team members to improve their technical capabilities, establish development standards, and foster team collaboration.
• Stay updated with industry trends and promote the application of new technologies in the product.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields, with 5+ years of mobile development experience and at least 2 years of Flutter development experience.
• Proficient in Flutter framework and Dart language, with the ability to independently develop cross-platform apps.
• Have experience in Crypto.
• Familiarity with common mobile frameworks and libraries, with expertise in app performance optimization, memory management, and animation implementation.
• Prior experience developing centralized exchange or similar financial apps is a plus, with knowledge of trading-related business logic and security requirements.
• Strong experience with RESTful API integration and familiarity with WebSocket protocol and real-time data processing.
• A strong focus on user experience, with knowledge of design standards like Material Design and iOS Human Interface Guidelines.
• Excellent technical documentation skills, with strong communication and teamwork capabilities.
• Bonus: Experience in the blockchain industry or participation in digital asset management app development.
