This position is responsible for the coordination with functional transportation and delivery to assure operations run smoothly. Therefore, supervise in responsibility area which is defined by superior such as working station of receiving, encoding, sorting, DIM scanning, loading and return shipment from depots or any additional task assigned by superior.

Ensure unloading product from customer’s premise and/or depots safely while moving to operational work floor.
Ensure an accurate number of products received in operational floor to the right station as operational procedures state. Ensure staff on each station complete their job correctly.
Supervise staff on operational floor, to ensure clear understanding of the process.
Ensure machine and equipment are ready to run operationally.
Implement a test run of equipment before the exact start time of daily operations.
Ensure sorting of products to the right depots/destination.
Ensure completion of loading to shuttle truck within timeline.
Collaborate and work with safety officer regarding safety issues on the operational floor.
Collaborate and work with security officer regarding security issues.
Collaborate and work with customer service to support customer success.
Implement the contingency plan if necessary as per rules and regulations mentioned.
Must be able to work extended hours as assigned by superior.
Must be flexible to work various shifts, weekends, or irregular shifts.
People - Management
Preparation of the staff’s working shift schedule.
Coaching and training staff whether in class or on-the-job training.
Establish the KPI for staff, achievements, and align with central hub’s goals.
Complete staff evaluations.
Provide development plans for staff as per career path dimensions.
Skills/Qualification
3-5 years of experience at the supervisory level.
Degree or Diploma (preferable).
Leadership: Able to lead team to achieve functional goals and manage staff motivation.
Coaching and mentoring: Able to advise and coach staff in responsible areas to clearly understand company objectives.
Communication: Clear communication to team regarding policies, procedures, and cross-functionally.
Teamwork: Works cooperatively with others to achieve targets and objectives.
Planning & Organizing: Plan and organize operational functions at work stations with suitable resources.
Results Orientation: Able to achieve KPIs set by superior and drive the team to accomplish them.
P&L: Efficiently manage overtime, consumable materials, utilities, zero damage and missing items, and participate as a team in all aspects related to cost management.
