CelcomDigi Customer Service Executive - Urgently Hiring!

Join our dynamic team as a CelcomDigi Customer Service Executive at the Wingo Star Group Sdn Bhd in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur!

As a full-time customer service professional, you will be the voice of our CelcomDigi brand, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries for our valued customers. Your passion for service will make a real difference in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Attractive remuneration package up to RM2600 (subject to experience) potential increment up to RM 1,000 upon confirmation.

  • Monday to Friday (9 AM - 6 PM) & Saturday (9 AM-1 PM).

Job Description (What is your mission?):

  • Provide customer service for outbound calls related to telecommunication.
  • Retain customers by educating them on new campaigns and product benefits.
  • Up sell where appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and meet targets.
  • Deliver and educate existing customers on the benefits of the campaign or programs over the phone.
    Follow presentation guidelines, product fact sheets, and sales scripts to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards.
  • Provide accurate information about CelcomDigi’s offerings and pricing.
  • Ensure customer information is validated and updated accurately, providing efficient and error-free service.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
  • Must be computer literate with good working knowledge of computer skills.
