CCTV Technician / Installer

Job description

Job Scope / Responsibilities :

1. Hardware installation and software configuration (Brand: Dahua, HIK, ZKTeco, EntryPass, MicroEngine, etc.)
2. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure proper work arrangement and completion within the given timeline.
3. Provide technical support, troubleshooting, conducting tests, and resolving problems.
4. Take necessary corrective actions and provide feedback to the team.

Requirements :

1. Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in CCTV technical support.
2. Experience in related fields and project management is an added advantage.
3. Skilled in troubleshooting, with good communication and teamwork abilities.
4. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
