What you’ll do
- Defines and executes with Countries/Market Channel teams strategic initiatives to drive profitable growth in the channel.
- Defines cross Countries/Market as best practice experience tactic/strategy translated into standardized Trade Playbooks to optimize value in the channel.
- Drives Sales growth and IGM in collaboration with Channel Leaders through price management.
- Collaborates with Countries/Market Channel Teams to define and optimize GTM strategy and drive execution within the Channel.
- Collaborates with Countries/Market Channel Teams to improve channel capabilities through excellent Distributorship Management.
- Drives collaboration between sales, channel marketer, product manager, finance, commercial excellence within the Countries/Market Channel Teams to set standard Commercial Policy and Promotion Management to deliver Sales Growth within the channel.
- Drives collaboration between sales, channel marketer, and product manager to execute Retail Performance Standard and improve Net Promoter Score of Customers.
Your qualifications
- Proven outside-in perspective: Has strong competitor orientation and customer focus.
- Preferably have on-the-ground senior sales experience and Channel Marketing or Trade Marketing experience.
- Experienced in creating and driving Market Activation and defining different Go-to-Market strategies especially in durable consumer goods industry or FMCG or Home Improvement Categories.
- Proven ability to switch between strategic thinking and short-term tactics.
- Strong team player, can influence cross-functionally.
- Possesses a high degree of market savviness and minimally a basic understanding of upstream processes.
- Holds advanced stakeholder management skills.
- Has or can establish a broad internal and external network.
- Willing to travel across AMEA (30%-50% travelling).
- Fluent in the English language (oral and written).
