Qualifications:

• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or analytics software).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management software is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret sales and market data to identify trends and forecast demand for various products.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to meet customer demand while minimizing excess stock.
• Forecasting: Develop accurate demand forecasts using statistical models and collaborative input from sales and marketing teams.
• Collaboration: Work closely with supply chain, marketing, and operations teams to align demand planning with promotional activities and new product launches.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and demand forecasts to management.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements in demand planning and inventory management practices.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform strategic planning.
